My Training
I am a certified integrative nutrition health coach. I graduated from a holistic interactive online school aimed at providing a top notch education from advanced educators from all over the world. I have been employed for over 15 years in the healthcare field working first hand with patients concerning their overall health. I am eager to spread my knowledge and help improve lives one client at a time.

Amy Pierce
Growing up in the midwest, food, family and concern for other people has always been important to me. I was blessed with a loving grandmother who loved to spoil her family by cooking, which mostly included not so healthy comfort food. Although at the time I thoroughly enjoyed the meals, I have seen the long term toll that eating unhealthily and living an unhealthy lifestyle can have. I hope to play a role however I can in assisting others to make their own lifestyle changes that will positively effect their lives and generations to come.
I have always loved to be active and some of my favorite ways to get exercise are, biking, hiking, Zumba and yoga. Finding time to exercise is a struggle as a mom, but I always try and find ways to incorporate activity with fun as a family or on my own.
My life is very busy, and yet my passion is helping others. My goal is to be as accessible as possible to spread knowledge I have learned through my career and schooling to share unconventional ways of improving health and encourage disease prevention.
Areas of focus for my coaching include but aren't limited to, self improvement, stress management, dietary adjustments, and mental health.
